I read last week - but can't remember where! - that if you feel your baby move quite early you'll be more likely to give birth early. The source even said that the average time between first movement and birth is 147 days.
Does anybody find this to be true??

No, that's not been my experience at all.

I felt this one at 14 weeks.

He's 39 weeks and showing no signs of arriving.

I wouldn't think so. Feeling of movements is often related to whether placenta is on front or back or uterus etc

Utter gibberish. With subsequent pregnancies you feel movements earlier because a) you know what they're like and b) your stomach muscles are shot to pieces.
