Breech Baby - Does Bougainvillea Flower Essence Really Work?

Hi, I had a presentation scan on Friday and my baby is breech, I've an appointment with the Breech clinic on Tuesday for ecv (I'll only be 37 weeks). I've decided to see what the consultant has to say and try and put off the ecv for a few weeks.

I've heard Bach Bougainville Flower Essence is supposed to help the baby turn, has anyone tried it and if you have, where did you buy it from please?

My local NCT home-birth support lady recommends Moxi sticks, inversion and Pulsatilla too, has anyone tried any of these? I really don't fancy the ecv but will try it if I have to. Thanks for your help .

Had a breech birth with DD. She was an undiagnosed breech birth - we were supposed to have a home birth and a foot popped out. So by the time we got to hospital she was ready to be born and I pushed her out between contractions on the operating room table. A vaginal birth is totally possible but you need to have birth attendants that are experienced with breech birth and since so many women are pressured into c/s it's hard to find them. I had no feet in stirrups, no episiotomy (a small tear) and although there were 15 people in the room the most intervention I had was some gas and air to help me resist the urge to push. I hope your baby turns, but if not you can still have as calm a birth if possible. If a c/s ends up being necessary don't beat yourself up about it.
