expecting my third so need as much sleep as i can but need to wee every hour. tried reducing fluids in the afternoon and it makes no difference. don't have this problem during day.i'm slowly going insane with tiredness! anyone with words of wisdom.....

My sympathies ladies!! I had similar problem with dd2, going about 6 times a night, god it was awful. Reducing what I drank never made any difference either. What with that and heartburn, I was glad to give birth and only have a screaming baby to bother me in the night.....

will try reflexology - how on earth did the reflexologist know where the baby was lying? mind you we don't need telling
