misdee is all set for labour!!

I have taken her and DH to hospital where they will now induced her......
Just have to wait for the phone call

mieow - I would expect that would hurry things along, as presumably she must have been more ready for labour IYSWIM. When I had my induction - I had no signs of starting at all, hence the long time.

I was induced with DS2 waters had broken 3 days before but my cervix hadn't even softened - so the waters may as well not have broken I was that much 'not' in labour. DS2 I was induced at 3.30pm, on the gas and air by 7pm/

Has sparklymieow gone to the hospital yet?
I was induced 24 hours after my waters had broken and 22 hours later DD was delivered by c-section.
I hope Misdee doesn't keep us all waiting around as long for an announcement

Oh Good. now that Misdee has gone I can post this.

Three rounds of prostaglandin, the drip, 16 hour labour and then if you dont mind he came out through the sun roof after all that in an Emergency C section.

Yurtgirl - no i am still here...I meant induction with DS (not this one....though if I have my way, I am begging the midwife for induction tomorrow!!!)

i had one load of gel, swore blind it hadn't worked so was examined and discovered i was 4cm. Took me to break my waters and ds2 came 22mins later, so she might be lucky!
