That's how I've been feeling last few days. And feel like I can't catch a deep breath until I lay down on my side (then I just end up falling asleep). Randomly throughout the day, I'll look around and see lots of stars in front of my eyes and feel a bit dizzy. I've always and throughout pregnancy (31 weeks) had very low bp, so this could be it... and low iron (but this is getting a bit better). So tired I feel like it's the first trimester again. I've been having cramps like I'm about to get my period (but I've never had horrible cramps, so they aren't all that bad) off and on over past few days especially if I'm standing for too long... and feeling nauseous when trying to go to sleep and at other times throughout the day (but not actually sick).
I talked to dr on the phone, she said, "sounds normal". Really? Does this sound normal to other pg women? Just curious because I feel like I'm losing my minid!

star is sounds like a combination of things, until the baby drops your lungs are being squashed which means you are out of breath alot and it sounds like either BH or ligament pains. morning sickness can appear at any time, try sleeping propped up as that helped me.
and the low iron and bp is also contributing too!

like suggested, rest when possible with feet up.

Thanks so much. It is so much more reassuring to hear from people who have been and/or are pregnant and are/have experienced similar. Feeling much more "normal" now

ok went to gp. BP is 80/50 (normal) last hb reading 7, still won't consider the iron injection.
Can't explain the stars but said "it's never a good sign" (of what????)
Told me to add calories to my diet (I had kept a food diary previously so they could see if I had enough iron in it... there is)
Said breathlessness was baby pushing on diaphragm (as you suggested already!!)
Said I should rest with feet up.
Said seems that baby's head is engaging, he has turned (used to be head up feet down).
Said to keep track of cramps in writing and time of day and how long they last and if lower back starts to be painful, to call hospital maternity ward.
All very quickly said and then she left. A lot to think about there... all seems normal - no way I can think about adding that much food to my daily intake though.

Good to hear your bp is ok. Do you think you could be suffering from migraines? The stars thing sounds like it could be related.
I had pre eclampsia in my first pregnancy. In my second I had repeated bouts of tunnel vision, snow vision, everything being distorted. The only way I can describe it as when you look at the sun for too long and then you can't see properly. You get that blind spot.

hmmm, I used to get migraines a couple of times per week pre pregnancy but from the moment of conception... migraines disappeared... soemthing to do with hormone changes. if they come back at the end of pregnancy, I don't think I'll make it
Pre eclampsia sounds so scary. Are you pg right now?

No, not pregnant now. I only ever started getting migraines when I had the kids and I still get them now, but not the flashing lights or tunnel vision.
Actually, I do remember having a very bad migraine all day at work once. I took tablets but it didn't go away. Then on the way home I had to pull into a funeral directors car park and be sick in a plastic bag. Luckily I had bought some new jeans that day. I had to quickly get them out.
Ah, great days.

I used to take imigran for migraines... GREAT stuff and will do again after the birth and after breastfeeding...etc of course. Have you tried this? You will need to get it on prescription. It works within ten to twenty minutes - a little migraine miracle!!
