Really thirsty in early pregnancy

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 7 weeks today and for the last couple of weeks I've been soooo thirsty! I'm a bit concerned as I know that can be a sympton of diabetes and obviously there's the risk of developing gestational diabetes. I'm seeing the midwife for the first time next week so I'm going to tell her then but in the meantime would welcome any input!

I wake up every morning with a very dry mouth! Even if I have drank a lot that day.... can't keep up but doing my best to drink lots!

Hi. I am 28 + 4 and i am always drinking, especially at night. I am up at least 4-5 times in the night on the toilet mind. Ha ha. I am also having twins :)
