I feel so so nauseous and I’m just lying in bed whilst my husband takes care of our toddler. I’m only 6 weeks pregnant and already on Xonvea so not vomiting, but still feel so so sick. I don’t know how I’ll manage to work next week but how can I go off sick at only 6 weeks when I’m not even vomiting. I don’t even know what I’m asking here, maybe a hand hold and hoping to hear how others are managing.
