Hi a little back story here, i was diagnosed at 15 with PCOS and told chances of conceiving where 2% and high risk miscarriage if I get pregnant. Im now 40 and had 9 miscarriages, last one should have been due today so my emotions have been all over the place. Anyway im looking for anyone thats had this experience before I always keep track of my cycle and when/if I ovulate well this cycle I ovulated on CD 8 (i know very early) partner and i did the dance same night im now 4dpo and I am experiencing wetness like never before and have been feeling extreme nausea and vomiting since 2dpo i know that its impossible to be pregnant and for my body to know at that point or even at 4dpo but has anyone ever experienced this and been pregnant? I dont want to get my hopes up at all especially at this time when my youngest should have been here today. Sorry for long read lol.

Increasing wetness after ovulation isnt uncommon. Estrogen rises again in the second half of your cycle alongside progesterone. Its the estrogen that causes it.
Its too early to be experiencing any pregnancy related symptoms since when an egg fertilises, it take around 6 days for it to travel through the tubes to reach the uterus, then a few more days for hcg to rise and start sending signals. At 4dpo its still in your fallopian tube.

Do you have another diagnosis besides pcos ?
Because if not Im absolutely baffled who the hell told you pcos gives you a 2% chance of pregnancy. That's NOT true at all. its can slightly increase risk of miscarriage but most women carry children successfully and medication like metformin SIGNIFICANTLY reduces this.
Im 40 with pcos and had my first child at 38 and currently pregnant again at 40.
While I have had 1 miscarriage and 3 chemicals, its absolutely not related to having pcos but due to other factors
Ive seen many fertility consultants over the years and absolutely none of them would agree that pcos makes achieving a pregnancy more challenging. Its only harder if your not ovulating regularly but theres ways around this. Women with pcos respond very well to treatment. Success rates with fertility treatments are actually higher for women with pcos.
Ive had 1 ivf pregnancy and my current pregnancy is natural
