High-risk pregnancy with cervical stitch and travel to London at 31 weeks

I have unexpectedly found out I am pregnant. I already have a 13 year old by my ex husband.

My partner and I, had booked a holiday to London for a week in October. Travelling from Scotland. However my pregnancy is classed as high risk. This is due to getting a stitch in my cervix at 12/13 weeks.
I really want to go. I will be about 31/32 weeks.

2 questions
has anyone had a cervical stitch put in that early and had no issues in there pregnancy?
what is the likelihood that we will be able to get to go to London. I don’t want to let down my 13yr old.

More information is needed really.
How long is the journey? How are you doing the journey?

London hospitals are very good, should anything happen early. I would bring your notes. However, I've never had a cervical stitch. I'm also not convinced you'll be able to do lots of walking so I'm not sure what you'll be able to do. Is there anyone who could take your daughter/ go with you like your sister or a good friend so that can do the running around while you just join in the odd thing?

Google suggest light activity is fine, strenuous exercise is not. Realistically you need to talk to your doctor. There's no reason not to go back to the hotel after afternoon for a lie down and leave your partner and son to do something by themselves but if that's likely to be a problem then I'd simply postpone the holiday. It's not ideal especially as your 13 yro's life is about to change so much but once the baby is old enough, perhaps your partner could pick up the slack so you can do things with your eldest in the afternoons?

I had a stitch at 15 weeks.
I was advised not to bathe, go swimming or on an off road adventure,. Or have sex.
This was in the ME so somewhat different.

I wouldn’t risk it. If your baby is born it will need to go to the NICU and you will be stuck in London

I just wouldn’t really, even if the journey goes ok there is always lots of walking involved on a London trip
Do something else with your 13 year old closer to home
