Have noticed this a couple of times when in the shower (not cold as always have it hot!) And then noticed it again this morning when sitting on the bed doing my hair.
It goes away again quite quickly and don't have any swelling anywhere.
Planning to mention it to the midwife when I see her next (saw her on friday am seeing her this friday for another blood pressure check, as I've had some eye floaters and at 28wk check protein in my urine, although last week it had gone)

Blood pressure has been mostly ok at checks....was slightly high on 2nd time taking it at last check, but she said it was probably because I was talking to her at the time (?) And didn't seem concerned.
Just wondered if anyone else had had this happen with the blue/purple feet.
Not sure if i should let them know before appt about it?
Just keeping mindful about preeclampsia risks/symptoms.

Thanks all.

I had this in both my pregnancies - one where I ended up with preeclampsia and one where I didn’t. I think it can be normal given the increase in blood volume etc but given your other symptoms I would give your midwife a call and ask. They’re there to help and it’s always best to be cautious.

Obviously good idea to speak to your midwife.

i’m not pregnant but I have POTS and I get exactly what you describe. I’m pretty sure, in my case at least , it is due to blood pooling in the feet and being too slow to go back up my legs. I think calf raises are supposed to help get the blood flowing better.

This isn't something you should wait until Friday to have checked out. This could become serious, fast. You really need to call 111, or just go to A&E. It's not just about you, anymore. You need to make sure baby is safe, ASAP. Please do not wait. Call them now!

Thanks for the replies- I mentioned it to the midwife who wasn't overly concerned and said about it being blood flow related due to the position I was in.They have been monitoring my blood pressure regularly and urine, but both have been fairly ok since, and I haven't had anymore of the purple/blue feet thing or any other other symptoms which would be cause for concern.Had a growth scan today and baby is all good and measuring as he should too.
