Difference in symptoms between pregnancies?

Morning Ladies, don’t really know what I’m expecting from this, just having a bit of a spiral so bare with lol.
I’m currently pregnant for the 4th time, 1st ended in my 3yo son, 2nd/3rd ended in MC at 6/7 weeks.
In my first 3 pregnancies I had strong symptoms even before missing AF. In my son’s pregnancy I had awful sickness and felt terrible for first 20 weeks. With pregnancy 2/3 I had morning sickness and tiredness that started early but gradually eased off before we lost them.
My current pregnancy has felt very different. I’m still very early but other than the occasional wave of mild nausea and a heavy feeling in uterus area, I don’t feel pregnant.
Part of me wants to believe feeling so different could be a good sign, but at a point where i just don’t trust my body to do what’s needed anymore if that makes sense?

I’m currently pregnant for the second time, too early for a reassurance scan so can’t give an outcome, but in my first pregnancy I had terrible nausea from weeks 3-16. Had a successful live male birth. In my current pregnancy (circa 6weeks) I’ve had nothing except that heavy feeling you describe. It’s making me nervous but Google suggests it’s fine to have different symptoms!

Thanks, hoping for the best, it’s just an anxious wait til they can check everything is okay like you say!

Both of my pregnancies were different - first one I was almost asymptomatic and felt fine aside from the slightest, brief nausea mid morning first trimester. Second time around I felt utterly exhausted weeks 4-8, then was fine and almost asymptomatic again, then had a dreadful rash for the last 6 weeks. Both kids born totally fine.

How many symptoms you feel is not an indication of the 'strength' of the pregnancy, my first pregnancy was very healthy I was just lucky to have very few physical side effects.

Thank you, I did kind of know I was being silly.

All the best for a successful and happy pregnancy!

It’s so hard not to look into symptoms and assume the worst isn’t it.
With my first pregnancy I had symptoms from super early, like before a test would even show (such a bumpy nips), and I felt implantation. Once I knew I was pregnant and got more symptoms I was super tired, fairly nauseous and had various cravings / aversions. This led to my eldest son.
My second pregnancy ended in MC and I had no symptoms. I was expecting to feel implantation or notice my boobs changing again.
Then my 3rd pregnancy also started with no symptoms, so I assumed it was also going to end. Eventually I did get symptoms like nausea but I was nowhere near as tired as I’d been with my first. Didn’t have any cravings etc. So it always felt so different from what I thought a ‘successful’ pregnancy would feel. Anyway, I now have another son so each pregnancy can feel very different and still go well.
good luck!

I’ve had five pregnancies and have four DC.
Each pregnancy has been completely different.

That’s really reassuring, thank you @Row23 @TheKateColumbo X

Pregnancy 1: hyperemesis started at 5-6 weeks, continued throughout the first trimester, returned in the third trimester. Heartburn in the third trimester. Physically active right up to the day I gave birth at 38+6.
Pregnancy 2: hyperemesis started at 6 weeks, miscarried at 10 weeks
Pregnancy 3: hyperemesis started at 5 weeks miscarried at 10 weeks, never got passed 6 weeks gestation probably the same with pregnancy 2.
Pregnancy 4: didn't find out I was pregnant until nearly 8 weeks (no period between pregnancy 3 and 4). Mild sickness, mild heartburn. All great until 28 weeks when I developed obstetric Cholestasis, at 32 weeks I developed an irritable uterus and had 2 assessments for preterm labour. I developed severe fatigue and had two hospital admissions, I had other issues too and was induced at 37 weeks when it looked like I might be developing hellp syndrome. I'm 5 months post partum and my liver hasn't fully recovered yet.
