Are Fruit teas safe to drink pregnant?

I need help, the internet is a scare I swear! Are fruit teas ok to drink during pregnancy? I’m in my first trimester and finding it hard to find something I can enjoy. I’ve recently bought the twinnings fruit selection, but realised it has hibiscus in it. Any advice would be highly appreciated!

OP, do you have a garden that has herbs growing?
I love being able to snip off some of either
Thyme
Mint
Sage
Rosemary
etc
i also have a Fig and Bay tree, those leaves asi make a beneficial brew.
if you like, wait til a ree cools, and stir in some raw honey.
Ive also tried Nettle tea, and my next new try will be dandelion leaves.

other than above, hot ribena is comforting, as is hot Belvoir Ginger cordial.

Have you tried hot squash might give you a taste you like without the worry.
