Second for aptamil. I also took the pre-made bottles into hospital. Had no issues at all

Formula in the UK is so highly regulated that there really isn’t a bad choice. Personally I’d pick Aptamil because they sell it everywhere including the ready made.

They're all highly regulated so extremely similar. First Steps Nutrition website has good info. Go for the cheapest one that's easily available to you.

Use the milk you have bought
If it doesn't suit buy something else.

My baby was born at 33+1 and was originally on a preemie specific prescription formula. When he was switched off of it, the specialist and the dietician recommended Kendamil. NICU at my hospital also used Kendamil for any baby brought in that didn’t require the preemie formula.

What (or who) makes you think it’s bad? They’re all quite alike as formula in the U.K. is so heavily regulated. There’s no palm oil or anything nasty in Kendamil, and it is required to have the same nutrition content as any other formula.

There’s always a chance a baby won’t get on with any specific formula and a bit of trial and error might be needed, but that’s any milk and any baby. For reference, my son’s stomach was extremely sensitive when he was born, being so tiny and not yet mature, and he’s had preemie milk, Kendamil and Aptamil all alongside breastmilk as I breastfeed but under supply and he’s got on with all of them. My friend’s full term little girl can only stomach comfort milk.
