Just wondering if anyone has experience with this and if you are willing to share? Successful or unsuccessful! I’d just like to know how you found the whole experience. So far i don’t know anyone that’s ever had this procedure done.

im 37+1 and having the procedure today, as I’d really like to avoid a c section. Baby has been transverse since 32 weeks.

Good Morning!
I had an ecv for a footling/Frank breech, she kept swapping between the two and would get super low into my pelvis.
It was uncomfortable but in no way painful, just felt like they were squishing her to move her... which technically they were haha
The worst part was the medication they give you to relax your muscles. They gave me heart palpitations and anxiety like feelings, so long as you can breathe through that and not spiral on it I'm sure it would be absolutely fine!
She ended up staying head down and I had a natural birth 4 weeks later
I must say though, that she was a "small" baby and I'm only a size 8 slim anyway so not a huge amount of pressure needed to find baby. I'm sure I read somewhere that was a factor.
I would absolutely have it again if I needed to, but luckily all my babies after this have been head down by 34weeks
Good luck!
