I'm sorry you have gone through such a tricky time.
There's no one magic thing you can do but looking after your body and your mind should help.
Try to eat a varied and wholesome diet, regular exercise and generally being active, good quality sleep, keep hydrated, look after your mental health and try to be relaxed as possible about conception - regular sex rather than trying to identify the day when you are likely to conceive.

I had two miscarriages last year. After the first I took up running again and conceived a few weeks later. Unfortunately that also ended in miscarriage. I read it starts with an egg and made a couple of changes based on that. I don't eat a lot for eggs or fish as my daughter is allergic so I decided to eat more of them at lunchtime when she's not around. I do not think that this is the reason I miscarried but I thought well I like eggs and fish, they are part of a good healthy balanced diet. It probably won't make a difference but hey they aren't going to hurt. I also read that if you have sugars with protein it helps to avoid sugar spikes so I started to add yoghurt to my fruit at lunchtime and peanut butter to my chocolate spread. Again things I enjoy eating so if it helped greet if not well it's still tasty. You could definitely fall into a wormhole of trying to change loads. I decided to do a bit of reading and make some small and easy changes.
After both losses i had a real sense of not being in control and that's not generally good for my mental health. This small things made me feel like I could do something to make my body stronger and hopefully the next pregnancy will go the distance. I conceived a few weeks after my last miscarriage and he is now nearly 6 weeks old and has spent the day screaming at me!

I had two back to back miscarriages and then I cut out all coffee, began taking Ubiquinol (which is a type of COQ10) high Vitamin D and omega 3. I had been referred to the recurrent miscarriage clinic and searched Mumsnet threads with anyone who had been. It seemed that the first appt these were the medications that were advised by the Dr’s. I’m now 22 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby x

Thank you so much
I will have a look into this
An appointment for the clinic takes a very long time!
