No Symptoms - Worried after miscarriage one month ago

Hi, I miscarried early one month ago (6 weeks preg), have just found out I’m pregnant again. My symptoms last pregnancy were sore, big boobs, crampy feelings and growing pains in uterus.

I’m getting increasingly worried as this time round I have no symptoms, I can only be about 3 weeks since conceiving. I know some people don’t get symptoms until later but due to the history I just want to feel some symptoms to know this time it will be ok!

Had bloods done and HCG level was 1000, progesterone level she said was unexpected and ‘amazing for early pregnancy’ at 100. - I didn’t even know it could get that high!

Please can I have some reassurance that no symptoms doesn’t mean the worst?

Hey! I didn’t get any symptoms with my first until around 7/8 weeks and then the nausea kicked in and it until around 18/19 weeks!

I’m currently 7 weeks and the nausea has started but didn’t have anything until a few days ago x

I have had 4 pregnancies. The first three I had hyperemesis - one birth, two miscarriages.
The last miscarriage was in December and I conceived straight away without a period. I was 7 and a half weeks when I found out I was pregnant, the epu measured by HCG and it was over 100k! I escaped hyperemesis and the pregnancy continued with very few symptoms until 32 weeks when things started to go awry. Baby is now nearly 2 weeks old.
It was very disconcerting that I didn't have my usual symptoms but I knew from the previous two miscarriages symptoms didn't necessarily mean anything. I had spent November barely able to move from the sofa and that pregnancy never got past 6 weeks gestation miscarrying at 10 weeks.
