Hi,
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and have PGP (pelvic girdle pain)
My midwife recommended Jojo mama bebe support underwear but it's not available iny size. I've also been advised to try support exercise leggings. Does anyone have any advice of which leggings would be best that don't cost a fortune?
Thanks in advance.

No advice for leggings but I got a baby go support band off Amazon (about £30 I think) and it's been a godsend! Hope you find something that helps.

PGP is miserable!

Sorry, not quite legging advice - but another tip is to make sure you sleep well supported - get a pregnancy pillow to support you back, hips and legs. I’ve used one for a couple of months now and I’m not suffering anywhere near as badly during the day compared to first pregnancy.

All the best 💐

I was referred to a maternity physio and she prescribed belts and support bits. I still ended up on crutches and it was horrendous. If you can get a physio referral do try, they really can help.

Pregnancy support belts, pregnancy pillows. Its horrible having it!
Ive now come to the point where i cant sleep on either side because it hurts so much, after careful consideration and speaking to my midwife, i have to sleep sitting up to have some relief, not kuch relief on my neck but id rather that than be in pain with my hips the next day!
Im 31 weeks pregnant and my midwife said if i prop myself up correctly i can sleep on my back! Good luck x
