I am 38 weeks pregnant and few days ago I cleaned my kitchen floor by bending on my knees because my fridge was leaking water.
i am very active and doing a lot of cleaning as well do u.
do u think it caused early labour because I having tailbone bone and pelvic pressure and my leg feel tight.
there is no sign of water break.

I'd imagine you're just getting uncomfortable in the later stages. It was a few days ago and you're not having contractions, so it doesn't sound like the floor cleaning did anything and I'm not sure it could.

Mention the feeling you're having at your next appointment, or give them a call if you're concerned

Sounds somewhat like sciatica.

Take it easy if you can, lay down and try placing a cold pack on your tailbone area, it may relieve the pain. Good luck.

As someone else suggested it does sound like sciatica I'm also 38 weeks pregnant and get similar pelvic pressure/pain when I do too much. Even driving my car brings it on. Just rest and sleep with a pillow between your legs it helps ease the pain. If the pain gets worse call the hospital or midwife 😊

It was possibly your baby dropping, ie moving down into your pelvis ready for labour.

But if you are worried, contact your midwives. Never be afraid to ask!

Yes, probably just baby engaging but I'm not a midwife. Early labour for me was contractions that came in the evening disappeared by morning (this went on for 3 days before actual labour began). Everyone is different though.
