First baby, so I have no idea. I’m just 6 months and feeling big 😫 which worries me slightly, but I’ve always been slim so not used to having a bigger belly.
Does this look fairly average?

Looks quite small to me! I was slim and what i didn’t realise is that your proportions really affect your bump, so I’ve got quite long legs and a short trunk relatively, so there’s not really much space for a baby to grow, I’m also fairly short, so relative to other pregnant women I looked ‘big’ because there was really nowhere for baby to go but out. Attached photo at 41 weeks - it’s all baby - he was very long when he arrived.

Thank you so much for all your lovely messages - they are so reassuring to hear. And thank you so much for all the really kind and supportive comments, they really mean so much ☺️ I’ve found pregnancy fairly lonely in a strange way, so I’ve really appreciated them all!

It's proportions as pp said, you look like you have a longer torso so probably won't ever look that "big".
