Hi everyone! I took a pregnancy test in the morning (top FRER, and Wondfo) and both were positive, but Wondfo is very faint. I immediately contacted my doctor for bloodwork and went and did bloodwork this morning. I got my bloodwork back later in the day today and I was told it was negative. I took another FRER (bottom test in first photo) and it was still positive, but looks a little darker than the morning. I guess my question is, is it possible to have a negative blood test, but positive urine tests? The blood test I believe was quantitive, could I have took it too soon and my levels were low? Has anyone had this happen and still be pregnant? Sorry just got a lot of questions haha. Thank you❤️

Those do look like faint lines on all the tests, but the blood test should be more accurate… would just wait a few days (until after missed period if you’re very early) and try again. Good luck.

Just retest in a few days.

Blood is more accurate than urine.
And tests are nightmares that can show false positives (albeit very rare)/evap lines ect. Where as blood will show everything accurately.

Just test again when you've missed your period, as it should be a very strong line at that point and you'll know for sure.

Blood tests are definitely more accurate unfortunately. Blood tests can detect any amount of HCG whereas urine tests tend to detect 6-10miu minimum if early detection types. When are you due on your period? Do you track ovulation?

As others have said home urine tests unfortunately can come up with evap lines or indent lines. Maybe try a digital test with words in a few days (and in the future if this month it’s definitely negative). That saves having to wonder if lines are real etc.

The lines are very faint, thin and colourless so I wouldn't take them as positive unfortunately. Lots of tests can have an indent which can give the impression of a faint line but isn't positive. Blood tests are much more accurate so I'd be inclined to trust those more. X

I don’t think they’re colourless and they look like BFPs I’ve had at around 11dpo. It might just have been too early for it to have come out in the bloods. Were you given the figure at all? I guess you’re not in the UK as doctors here won’t do bloods to confirm (unless you’ve experienced bleeding, but even then, EPUs don’t tend to want to see you earlier than 6 weeks). It’s just a bit of a waiting game I’m afraid. Good luck!
