Sorry if I’m being a bit dumb! This is the first cycle using LH strips so I’m a novice. Are these normal numbers?

Hi,
for cycle days 7-9 I’d say yes. Keep testing and I’d say do it around 2-2.30pm as morning isn’t always the best time to test for lh. A lot, but not all women, get their peak in the afternoon. Once you see the LH rise then I’d test morning, lunch and late afternoon as the surge can happen quickly.

I was most successful conceiving the day of my surge, not the day of peak, but we’re all different.

you’re looking for a test line as dark or ideally darker than the control line. That is a positive test and you’ll ovulate 24-36 hours after that result. Good luck! Xx

Ignore the numbers. You don't need to know anything else apart from if the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line. Then that's your positive and you should ovulate shortly afterwards.
