Honestly 37 weeks 1 day cant stand up without needing to pee every single time in pain while sleeping hips ect extreme tiredness this is worst symptom of them all i cant stay awake i feel incredibly tired all of a sudden happening for a week now, lots of pressure in pelvis and pain in pelvis especially when walking long lasting tightenings especially in evening...

I know no one can really say how much longer just wanted to vent 🤣🤣 this is second baby first was induced 40 +1 due to a sweep that went wrong I started bleeding too much after and then back water broke I didn't realise left it after the 24 hour mark didnt labour myself so had to be induced safe to say I won't be having a sweep this time haha

I’m 36+4 and feeling similar to you. The amount of times I go to the toilet is crazy. Unable to be comfortable at night etc etc.
I have found that spending time on my birth ball and following some pregnancy / labour prep stretching videos has helped my hips a bit though. I try to sit in butterfly pose a fair bit just to stretch everything out without having to move too much!
Hopefully not much longer and your baby will be here 🤞

This isn’t meant to sound patronising at all Smile but I was induced 3 weeks ago at 36+1 due to being type 1 diabetic and having less and less movements and baby not passing the ctg even after the hour mark. This was my 4th baby with 3 normal deliveries prior and after 24 hours and contracting but no change in my cervix I ended up requesting a c section which was done at 36+4 and my baby had to be taken straight to nicu from theatre due to not being able to breathe properly and having fluid on the lungs. She was treated for suspected sepsis and jaundice too and also had low blood sugars which was expected with me being diabetic. Because she was still classed as premature I had a paediatrician come round and chat with me prior to the c section and he said babies 36+ don’t tend to have complications so it was all a shock tbh. She spent 3 days in neonatal and then was back in hospital 2 days later being treated for jaundice which meant back in an incubator under the lamp not being able to be held for another 36 hours. If I remember correctly the bilirubin level requiring a blood transfusion is 360 and she was at 327 which was one box below needing it. She had so many cannulas in and had her heels pricked so many times for bloods that the bottom of her feet were full of marks and she had bruises on her hands and feet from the cannulas. It’s heartbreaking hearing your baby cry in pain every time they put another needle in or used a lancet on her feet. Yesterday was my due date and shes already been through so much. My point is that no matter how much you want your baby here or how tired or in pain you are just tell yourself that even slightly early preterm babies things can go horrendously wrong. I also haemorrhaged after the c section and had a balloon put in so couldn’t even see her properly for 24 hours until it was removed. I lost 1.7 litres of blood by the time I was rushed back into theatre and had to have a blood transfusion too. The whole experience has been traumatic to say the least. I really didn’t mean any of this in a patronising way as I’ve said x
