Is 7 months the latest that you are suppose to fly while pregnant? I'm a bit confused.

Depends on the airline, helps to get a doctors note if you're fit and healthy over 28 ish weeks. You have to make sure your insurance covers you too. Drink water, move around and wear flight socks and Bob's yer uncle.

Some airlines are upto 32wks with midwife/doctor certficate of fitness to fly and one airline (cant remember who-sorry!) states 36wks!

I was hoping to be away this week (27wks) but my placenta is too low so being rescanned at 30wks with view to catching a week away then...............If not its centre parks for us.

And again be really careful with travel insurance and make sure you are covered.

I think it depends on how far you want to go aswell.

Work for airline so hope this helps. Does vary for short/long haul. Most will let you fly up to 32 weeks, unless multiple/complications pg. After 28 weeks a dr note required by most but check with carrier. Like kkey21 said make sure travel ins covers you, most do as standard but double check, get flight sox, (mmmm so attractive!!) Lots of water and if long haul try and get some shut eye.

I just flew Thomas Cook and they said up to 34 weeks, but with a doctor's note after 28. They did actually check and photocopy my doctor's note (at 30 weeks) so definitely worth getting.
However, my insurance only covered me until up to 10 weeks of giving birth (it's through smile) and I really wouldn't want to be pregnant, uninsured and abroad.
