39+2 weeks pregnant - Awful nausea!

Just wanted to see if the following are all very common symptoms to late pregnancy:

Nausea - resulting in a total loss of appetite!
Headaches - only very mild and occasionally appear, they aren’t intense or constant.
Extreme anxiety - feeling very anxious about the unknown and over googling absolutely everything!
Fatigue - this has been awful, needing to nap every day where I can. I have a toddler so naps can be difficult when he isn’t at nursery. Also sleeping is becoming more difficult due to being uncomfortable and my anxiety.
Very very mild period cramps - these only happen like twice a day and are so mild, not even nowhere near as bad as period pains.

Is there anything I can do to help with the above? I just feel like I am in the first trimester all over again!

—— The Nausea is the worst for me at the minute and I feel like it might even be the reason resulting in me not eating, which means no energy just making the whole thing worse!

I have been loosing parts of my mucus plug so I know the time is very near!

You are probably in the early stages of labour. I had dreadful nausea during my labour. Good luck.

Agree with this, I had my baby At 34 weeks and for the few days before he was born I had re-emergence of all my first trimester symptoms - bad nausea, vomited a few times, horrendously tired, loose bowels like you get before a period, intermittent cramps. He or she is likely on their way soon!

Hi OP. No advice I'm afraid but I suffered from the nausea, lack of appetite, extreme fatigue (napping by 10am) and cramps in the days before going into labour (I think I might actually have been in early labour without realising). I felt like I'd been hit by a bus, if I'm honest, and I do wonder if it was my body getting ready. Only advice is to take it easy, eat what you can and rest when you're able.

@Pivilepivling@Tiredb@Justlikethattherearefive She’s here! I went into labour at 11:30pm and she was born at 4:17am this morning, I must have been in early labour ☺️ so glad it is all over!
