Low blood pressure in pregnancy

Hey everyone.
So I’m 10 weeks pregnant (11 Friday)
go back a couple of weeks ago whilst I was at work, I had a dizzy spell, started noticing my eyesight going blurry and within 10-15 mins all I was seeing was white waves in my eyes, my whole body started shaking and I couldn’t even walk. Very close to fainting. Was a very scary experience so I went straight to hospital, they said I have low blood pressure from when I’m making sudden movements and going from sitting/lying down to standing. They also booked me to get my eyes checked for retinal tears as I’m still experiencing floaters in my eyes after that episode. My eye sight was fine and said it can be due to jelly substance in my eye shrinking, which can happen during pregnancy but usually happens when you get older. And no cause for concern, apparently my brain should block out the floaters within time. They also booked me in for an urgent MRI scan to check for blood clots of the brain, which I’ve had and awaiting results. Obviously all this had made me worried and I’m so worried for my mri results. They are monitoring the blood pressure and just to rest and drink plenty of fluids and take time off work, but I’m struggling still so much with dizziness and I can’t walk far without having to sit down, and I’m so scared of having another episode like I did at work. My question is, in all of these hospital visits and all the concerns not once have they offered to scan me to check on baby? I actually had a private scan the morning before all these symptoms started and baby was fine and measured me at 9 week. But obviously all my symptoms started later that day.
sorry for the long one. And has anyone else experienced dizziness in pregnancy, any tips to help? Thank you if you’ve read this far :)

I did in the first trimester and early second, particularly after doing anything strenuous or standing for a long time.
Making sure I was drinking plenty before I got dizzy, and eating more regularly than I perhaps would have usually helped me. When I felt myself getting slightly light headed and dizzy I knew it was time for a mini meal and a sit or lay down for 15 minutes
All back to normal now at 20 weeks, I think my body just needed time to adjust to the pressure changes 😅

Yep, I have low blood pressure in pregnancy. I just try to take it easy when I'm feeling dizzy. I read that it's not really a concern, and midwives aren't concerned when they check my blood pressure and it's low during appointments.
