Can you eat cooked Feta, Stilton etc when pregnant?

you can eat alot of feta when pregnant, you just have to check the packet, most are pasturised these days.

yes you can eat cooked Stilton etc - first thing I had when I found out was Stilton on toast!

feta fine anyway. Stilton, brie etc. fine if cooked. I'm not sure about unpasteurised hard cheese, but I tend to cook them just in case.

In a restaurant you can always get the waiter to ask the chef if the cheese is pasteurised (probably only v posh places serve unpasteurised anyway).
Feta comes in brine, would be hard for many things to survive that.

Cooked cheese is fine, and white Stilton (without the blue veins) is too, as are other hard cheeses. On holiday I figured Roquefort marinated in booze would probably be safe...

Have just ordered Stilton with apricots and Wensleydale with cranberries as part of my internet shop - it's important to keep my protein and calcium levels up!
