I had one in each trimester.
In the first trimester it was a bit adjustments in the lab. What projects I could and couldn't work on. Certain chemicals I couldn't use.
Any adjustments I needed due to fatigue and sickness

Second trimester didn't cover much

Third trimester would have covered adjustments for advancing pregnancy getting bigger, would I need help if we were to have an emergency evacuation as we were in a tower block that sort of thing. As it happened the pandemic was in full swing so I was working from home. It would have included time being able to be on my feet so impact my lab time. My sickness returned so adjustments for that. How tenable the commute would have been in later pregnancy etc

Essentially, think about the risks associated with your job, e.g. manual handling, working with certain chemicals, standing for long periods, extended sitting/typing if your current DSE assessment isn't good, late or early or overnight work, working in tight spaces, uniform constraints, work at height (balance, seeing the steps on a ladder) etc etc. Anything that might pose a risk to you or baby should be considered.
