Yellow discharge

I'm 10 weeks and since I became pregnant I have noticed quite frequent stretchy, pale yellow discharge (like snot, sorry can't think of a better way to describe it). Everything online says yellow discharge could be an infection but there is no itching or smell. Has anyone had this and was it something to worry about or normal? My next midwife appointment is 6 weeks away and I can't get a GP appointment.

You could phone for advice but yeah pretty normal 🫠 isn't pregnancy glamourous

I've had this for weeks and weeks. No smell, no pain, looks exactly like snot 🥴 Told my midwife and she said as long as it doesn't smell and it doesn't itch/hurt/whatever, then it's fine. Backed up by urine samples - nothing weird there, just looks gross.

Why not phone for advice? I asked the midwife about something similar and she suggested a swab just to be safe. I know you don't have an appointment for a few weeks but could maybe let you pick up a test and hand it in?

I've had this throughout the entire pregnancy. 27 weeks, still getting it. Urine samples and swabs all come back normal so I guess it is normal, but definitely annoying and a bit concerning. Also no itching or smell, just a lot of yellowish discharge. I still ask for swabs at my midwife appointments though just to be sure

I had this, got tested at the gp and showed thrush, weird as I had no itching. I think you should get tested.

I experienced a yellow and cream discharge and, a little later, brown discharge throughout my pregnancy. It didn't smell and wasn't accompanied by any discomfort. I also consulted Dr Google who advised me it could be a sign of an infection so I consulted with my GP, midwife and even consultant multiple times. They all reassured me it was probably completely normal and actually your bodies way of protecting your baby from infection, though they took swabs to put my mind at rest.
I think you should raise it with your GP if you can get an appointment or perhaps contact your EPU as it's always good to have anything that's worrying you checked out. Just wanted to reassure you that I had the same and it was perfectly fine. I should warn you that the volume of discharge tends to increase as your pregnancy progresses, mine certainly did! Just so you're prepared for that.

Thanks everyone for the helpful replies! Sounds like it's probably normal but also probably worth getting checked just incase. So hard to get an appointment at my GP but I'll try to get hold of my midwife as suggested .
