Evaporation lines?

Hi all, I've been doing some tests and these seem negative, but then after look positive. I'm thinking they're evaporation lines... photo attached.
I think I'm overthinking it all. I previously had an ectopic pregnancy in 2018 which resulted in my fallopian tube being removed. How much harder will it be for me to get pregnant? There is so much conflicting information online and my GP has been useless.

I can’t see a pic?
How long after did you look? If they were negative in the time frame to read the test by, but positive after, they will be evap.
If they are extra thin, inconsistent & patchy or a bit grey they will be evap.
Are you tracking using ovulation tests?
Professor Winston (fertility expert) advised couples to have sex at least every other day to conceive, although plenty of people conceive the first time they have sex so I guess it varies!

The man is responsible for the healthy development of the placenta, so he needs to be the healthiest he can be (avoid smoking/drugs/alcohol/eat healthily etc), its not all just down to the woman. Good luck.
