Any suggestions for best place to buy cute first dress for baby ? What other cute accessories did you buy ?

Trying to sort out my hospital bag at 33 weeks :)

Not sure I phrased it quite like that but yea, I emphatically refused. She looked like I’d given her a lemon to suck 😂

Both of us were bruised and battered. I’d had a spinal and been woken 3 times over night. I didn’t want any reminders of being in hospital!

It’s so intrusive. Can’t actually believe it’s allowed.

Baby grows are perfect. I don't understand why you'd need a special one. Surely you're buying clothes?

Boden has some lovely dresses. If you want to
push the boat out look at Rachel Riley as well. Although I got most of that stuff second hand. Agree babygrows are more practical and she mostly wore them but I loved putting her in a dress when meeting family. I found once they start crawling dresses are useless so get rompers for then.

Do you know what size you’re buying? My first was 6lb 8oz but was skinny and fitted into early baby size at first. The second was 8lb 3oz
and went straight into 0-3 months.

You can’t beat a plain white baby-gro for hospital photos. Save dresses for photos later on

Oh I was discharged before any sign of the bounty photographer anyway. They keep you in even less time now

Surely your husband can take photos with his phone once you get home?

And OP I'm sorry to sound repetitive, but babygrows are the best and easiest attire for babies.

A babygrow for when they're born first (you can get lovely ones that say I'm new here etc) and vest underneath plus hat. What do you mean by accessories?
