Is slowing beta a sign of chemical pregnancy?

I’ve had a miscarriage before, it makes me anxious and therefore id rather pay for private betas than agonise over line colours.

My betas are
6dp5dt 8:15am - 51
7dp5dt 10:30am - 120 (doubling every ~21 hours)
8dp5dt 9:30am - 183 (doubling every ~36–37 hours)
these are days post 5 day transfer (IVF) so to convert to DPO you add the numbers together so…
11dpo equivalent: 51
12dpo equivalent: 120
13dpo equivalent: 183

I know it’s still within the normal range but why has my beta slowed down??

Nobody can tell you OP. It could be a sign that the pregnancy is going to end in miscarriage/chemical pregnancy, it could be a sign of an ectopic, it could also be a sign of absolutely nothing at all and the pregnancy is viable and will continue.

There are plenty of examples where slow rising HCG leads to each of those outcomes so all you can do is wait and see. Good luck x
