Food poisoning at 25weeks :(

Yesterday I woke up at 2am and started being sick no stop, couldn't keep anything down and was sick every hour. I went to hospital at 8 am and they gave me an antisickness injection.
I was sick once more after that, around 9.30 but than was it and I started being able to drink water and eat some crackers.
They did bloods and told me that there was a slight inflammation which means it was probably a food poisoning... I am not sure what caused it, but the night before I reheated a curry made at home, but had rice in it, the rice was refrigerated correctly and I heated it piping hot, but that is the only thing I can think about it.
I am fine now, still a bit nauseous but other that that fine, but I am worried this might have affected baby... I felt normal movements through out the sickness and at hospital they checked with doppler and everything was fine, just can't shake worries off that this will affect baby long term.
Just looking for reassurance I guess :(

It won't affect your baby long term, your body will have done absolutely everything it can to protect the baby you are carrying. I hope you feel better (physically and emotionally) very soon Flowers

I had norovirus and was hospitalised at 33 weeks. DS is now a healthy (and opinionated!) 15 year old

This happened to me, I stayed at home and got better. Baby movements were normal throughout. She's now 10 and absolutely fine. It won't affect your baby long term.

I’m sure you’ll be fine. But just for future reference I recently learned that if rice does contain bad bacteria, reheating it up, even if piping hot will not kill it. It’s a different type of bacteria. Normally if refrigerated quickly this will minimise it forming in the first place, but maybe you got unlucky there. I’ve been put off ever reheating rice personally now.
