hello. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my bmi when starting was overweight. I didn't really mind this and just ate what I wanted but this included take aways and junk food.
I got blood results saying elevated blood pressure and elevated liver enzyme. I'm being tested again in a month.
I've gained a total of 5kg in the first trimester.
I've cut out junk food completely and now just eat fruit, veg, meat, nuts, yoghurt and cheese, and sweet potato and rice.
but I've lost 2kg since doing this.
My question is, is the weight loss that results from cutting out junkfood bad for my pregnancy?
