Cutting out junk food

hello. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my bmi when starting was overweight. I didn't really mind this and just ate what I wanted but this included take aways and junk food.
I got blood results saying elevated blood pressure and elevated liver enzyme. I'm being tested again in a month.
I've gained a total of 5kg in the first trimester.

I've cut out junk food completely and now just eat fruit, veg, meat, nuts, yoghurt and cheese, and sweet potato and rice.
but I've lost 2kg since doing this.

My question is, is the weight loss that results from cutting out junkfood bad for my pregnancy?

Speak to your midwife about your diet, if you have any worries. They should be able to advise you on healthy eating, plus any concerns that you may have.

I will ask the midwife but whats your first thoughts on the below?

Breakfast
spinach, basil, tomato, cottage cheese, egg whites, turmeric, garlic and pepper

Snack
fruit and nuts

Lunch
roast beef, horseradish and bagel with salad

Snack
yoghurt, cereal and berries

Dinner
salmon, sweet potato, broccoli, carrots

If still hungry cottage cheese, fruit, nuts. I don't resrict on portions, I make sure I'm definitely feeling satisfied so none of this is hard work or feels like dieting which I'm wary to stay away from.

All I'm doing is cutting out processed and fast food. I've lost weight even though I'm not trying to do that. My motivation is to get blood pressure and enzymes back to normal levels.

I think that's fine OP if you are just cutting out fast food, but still making sure you are full and satisfied.

You shouldn't be restricting your calories or 'dieting', but eating more healthily and making better food choices is a good thing.

Always eat if you are hungry though, it's not a time to deprive yourself x
