36+1 and honestly feeling so exhausted it's unbelievable. I woke up this morning full of beans, had a hospital appointment and when I got home I feel like I've done a whole days worth of activities! Just need to know I'm not alone in this final push. I'm in bed and contemplating a nap!

I worked up until 38 weeks and used to nap in the back of my car on a grass verge inbetween driving to meetings…..

Tiredness can be totally normal OR it can be indicative of an issue

I'm 35+4 and have been feeling extremely lethargic, dizzy, confused, breathless etc. Found out I had low BP and low iron so started on iron tablets a few weeks ago - tested yesterday and levels still too low so getting an IV today.

I've also had a lot of sickness which has lasted all of pregnancy so have high ketones and I'm not getting the nutrients I need. Hoping new anti sickness meds will help.

37+2 with a 2.5 year old here, you have my full sympathy. It's utterly exhausting, and didn't help matters at my scan yesterday when the sonographer said baby was lying very low and could arrive imminently. DC1 was a week overdue, so knowing my luck the same will happen this time!

Thankfully I can work fully remotely, and DC goes to pre-school twice a week, so I can use those days to rest more.

I’m 38+5 and the exact same OP, I potter around the house and do one outdoor activity à day (go to medical appointment or prenatal yoga class etc) and feel like my day has been so so busy and packed! I have an afternoon nap every day even if most of the time I don’t actual manage sleep but my body just needs to lie down and rest.
i am walking up at 1am and 4am during the night and most nights I don’t manage to get back to sleep after 4am. It’s tiring but I’m kind of used to insomnia anyway and guess it’s good prep for the many sleepless nights to come…

I worked up until the day before my section at 37+4 with my last, making the decision at the beginning of my pregnancy clearly forgetting the tiredness, and by the end of it just getting out of bed would drain me for the day. It was horrendous. Full sympathy for you, take it easy and try to enjoy the last few weeks (easier said than done I know)

38 weeks here and with a 21 month old and utterly exhausted. I’m awake from 3am every morning which isn’t helping either.
Ironically I slept better once the baby was here last time so I’m hoping for the same this time around.
