Moving house first trimester with a toddler

Hi everyone

did anyone else move house first tri? After trying for nearly a year after previous missed miscarriage I’m pregnant again which I’m super happy about. However due to previous miscarriage if I could lay horizontal I would,

however I have a toddler who is two in a few months…so don’t get an ounce of rest is impossible and I’m also moving house in a few weeks…deep in first trimester sickness and fatigue 🥲 I also work too but tbh my work days are a break from the relentlessness of toddler parenting.

anyone else had loads to juggle first tri? Any tips?? Oh also…going on holiday in a week long haul so got to pack everything for moving house and my two other kids etc. overwhelmed is an understatement. My partner is supportive at times but is overwhelmed himself. So I’m doing majority of it all. If I could have planned this pregnancy I wouldn’t have been in the first trimester this month but these things are often out of our hands……….i said to my partner we won’t try the month of Jan as I can’t handle first trimester, a long haul holiday with a toddler and moving house. However we both thought it wasn’t going to happen 🤣😅

I moved house in the first trimester, but only found out the day after we moved! I was sick as a dog the weekend we moved, so we roped in friends to help as much as possible. We were only moving to a temporary place for a few months so I ended up moving twice when pregnant!
We were also going on holiday and it was also January, so I packed our suitcases for our trip as completely as I could, and then we just had to throw in toiletries so that packing was mostly already taken care of.
It was also our first so there wasn't a toddler or other kids tow, but I just wanted to sympathise as I know how much work it is and can only imagine the extra layer of having other kids!
I don't know what tips to give other than rope in as much help as you can. Get loads of good quality boxes and try as much as possible to get kids/friends/family to help and label everything clearly so it's really easy to find when you're unpacking. AND TRY TO GET SOME REST!
