3 months is not long in the scheme of things so don't get too down about it. A close friend conceived both her children with pcos, it took around a year each time which is considered normal. I used those supplements too. They are good value compared to others and give you what you need but they are marketed as though they will actually help you conceive (in a medical sense) and that's not really the case. If you mean supplements for pcos specifically it might be worth seeking out specialist advice.

I have recently been diagnosed with pcos & have read that inositol helps, so I have started that.
Not sure how regular your cycles are, but I’ve been put on metformin to help me ovulate more regularly. But I am many many months further down the road than you, so you may not need extra help

I have pcos and it took us 10 years (albeit not trying properly for some of those years) and moving country!
My health board on nhs didn't prescribe anything for my pcos and also wouldn't help with weight loss because I wasn't heavy enough, but too heavy to get fertility help. It was a vicious circle. Finally, moving country I got put on Metformin and it took us about a year from then to conceive... currently 23 weeks.
It would be worth speaking to your doctor to see if there's anything they can prescribe that would help, but as others have said, 3 months isn't a long time to be trying.

Really depends how your pcos is. Are you overweight? Ever tried medication? Recommend trying coq10 and tracking your ovulation so you don't miss the infrequent windows.
