Painful baby position? struggling to walk

I'm 25 weeks and this is my second. Baby is mostly very low, but once or twice a week he will move higher towards my belly button. When this happens its painful like theres a boulder in there, my belly goes hard, I struggled to walk and feel out of breath and my chest feels fluttery. I have had this all afternoon today and it is so uncomfortable.
My first pregnancy I had low amniotic fluid (found out at 37 weeks) and this feels like there is no cushioning, so i'm a bit paranoid it's happening again, or could it just be weak core muscles... or perhaps I have a short torso, therefore it's uncomfortable...

Google doesn't come up with much, midwife just suggested physio and triage said it must be constipation (I really don't think it is).

Basically no one seems concerned but it would be nice to hear if other people had this too and it's normal.

My second was breech and I felt like this a lot as her boulder head was wedge into my diaphragm and ribs. Much more comfortable once she eventually went head down.

Do you know where the head is? My boy kept turning until he got too big and was stuck in breech at 9lbs which is large for my frame. He never did turn round the right way and I could feel his head right between my ribs and I felt like I could barely breathe. At one point I was convinced he would be exiting via my mouth, but alas, he was elective c section.

Now he is 2 and in bed he spins so he’s sleeping across the bed, and also upside down, so looks like once a spinning baby always a spinning baby!

I think he must be breech, the feeling is above my belly button and it feels like my belly is going to burst open. I went to a supermarket today and couldn't walk because of the pressure, it pulls me down and it hurts a bit too, I had to hobble to a bench, I look so dramatic!

I feel your pain! Could you speak to your midwife about it? I think there are exercises you can do to encourage them to turn head down but I don’t remember what they are as I ignored it all because it was too late for me to do anything about it.
