Yes 😊From NHS Foods to avoid:

  • 'cold-smoked or cured fish (for example smoked salmon or gravlax, including in sushi), unless it has been cooked until steaming hot

Yes it's OK, as the only problem with smoked salmon is that it's not fully cooked. Cooking it kills the bacteria.

It's the same with some cheeses e.g. camembert/ brie - if you cook it, it's OK, as long as it's properly heated through.

Yes it will be fine cooked.
Cooking makes food safe to eat if its only been cured or is mould ripened or is unpasteurised

You can eat whatever you want, you can choose to follow the NHS guidance on foods to avoid in pregnancy or not.

Won't freezing it have killed the bacteria anyway?

Freezing doesn't kill listeria but cooking will

Yes, I had cooked smoked salmon with pasta and a creamy lemony and caper sauce for tea, was lovely (wouldn't have it on a sandwich though as its not as nice and goes flaky - i know that's not what you asked but im thinking outloud 😂). - but yes, cooked smoked salmon/cured meats etc are safe, just not as enjoyable to eat
