Positive pregnancy tests but worried

Hi all,

I had this positive pregnancy test on what I think is 4 weeks and 4 weeks + 3 days (clearblue on 4 weeks and the pink from poundland is after). I have had a chemical pregnancy over a year ago and I find it so hard not to worry. Any tips are welcomed on how to cope during this time. Every time I go to the toilet I check for spotting.

Has anyone had experience about how dark the lines are when you have chemical pregnancy or when you have normal pregnancy? I don’t want to overthink it and I want to assume that I have a healthy successful pregnancy, however any validation or real comments would be useful.

Also as the tests stay after being used do the lines fade? I feel the first test I did 2 days ago had a darker blue line but maybe was just my happiness of seeing a positive.

Is there anything else I can do to have some peace of mind?

Thank you 🙏🏼

All of them look like good strong positives to me.

Of course there are no guarantees this early on and unfortunately there is nothing that can tell you if the pregnancy is viable or not except for time.

Good luck

All really strong positives! Congratulations!

I had a miscarriage in June and I'm now 9 weeks so I completely understand how you feel. I still find it hard to believe I'm actually pregnant even though I've seen a heartbeat on a scan and I still check the toilet paper every time (my MC started with spotting).

It's hard after a loss because the first time when I was pregnant with my daughter I just assumed everything would be okay and that lovely naivety has now gone as I know it can be taken away..!

But.. I try to tell myself each step is a win - the positive pregnancy test is the first step, take each day as it comes, today you are pregnant and you're doing everything you can, worrying doesn't change the outcome but does rob you of some of the joy

I will keep my fingers crossed for you xxx

Also, if anyone with experience. Is cramping, sharp pain in the abdomen normal at just over 4 weeks?

It can be.

Some women experience cramping, pain, even light bleeding. For others this is indicative of a problem.
Again, nothing at all can tell you apart from time.

Early pregnancy is very stressful I'm afraid and no-one can provide the reassurance you crave
