Maybe... have you tested?

I had this when I was pregnant, however, I’ve noticed I also get a much lesser version when I’m close to my period.

I was lucky with my pregnancies and didn't have much sickness, but bushing my teeth made me gag!

When I was pregnant just opening the fridge made me gag, yes, but when I was around 6-7 weeks, not straight away.

I think we pay so much more attention to our bodies when we’re ttc that maybe we notice little things when we haven’t before. Fingers crossed for you though.

Oh god yes, the smell of fridge 🤢🤢🤢

Also could not look down a plug hole for some reason.

You're the poster who started the thread about the dog peeing on the bed who wondered if it was a sign of pregnancy.

Respectfully, it sounds like you are obsessing over the idea that you are pregnant, when biologically it isn't yet possible for you to be. I think you really need to stop reading into everything as a sign of pregnancy, and try to relax in the process of TTC. Otherwise you're just setting yourself up for sadness if/when your period arrives, and the stress you're placing yourself under to get pregnant just isn't good for your physical and mental health. You may also want to do some further reading into the menstrual cycle so that you have a better understanding of how it all works and when conception/implantation occurs and when pregnancy is detectable.

Best of luck x

The most accurate pregnancy is a missed period so I would just wait till that happens and then test.
Good luck
