Hey lol.... Think the title speaks for itself lol

I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow and I've already had a few people ask me if I can feel the baby moving and I honestly have no clue lol.

This is my first pregnancy to go past 9 weeks so I have no idea what "feelings" I should be looking out for lol.

I know it's different for everyone (well I'm assuming lol) but hearing others experiences and opinions puts a smile on my face

I had nothing till week 18 and now it’s just like flutters. I have to be super still to notice it. I do have an anterior placenta though and this is my first. I’m 20+4 now and still not had proper movements x

Felt my baby move around 17/18weeks and it first it felt kinda like “pops” almost like if someone was clicking their fingers in my tummy. It was subtle at first then eventually moved to a wavy feeling and then big massive movements you could see through my tummy.

Bear in mind though that the placenta position will also affect how early you feel anything

My pregnancy was nearly 12 years ago now but I will always remember the time when my manager at work said she could feel him moving before I could! It was a very subtle movement like a butterfly fluttering its wings. I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was 12-13 weeks gone and I would guess it was around week 18 that I started feeling him move.

Congratulations btw! There's nothing more amazing in the world than the feeling of your baby moving inside you! IMO!

First pregnancy I didn't feel movements till 22/23 weeks but I did have an anterior placenta which is that the front.

This time, placenta is at the back and I felt movements just after 20 weeks.

To begin with it's the tiniest of flutters or bubbles.... kind of like gas bubbles. They're also very easy to miss so you might just feel them at night when you're lying still in silence with no distractions.

They will get stronger and more regular until it's totally unmistakably baby
