Hi there dreamymum. I really can't give you an answer, but I would strongly suggest you get checked out by a doctor.

Hopefully someone with some experience will come along soon. Take care of yourself xx

I would ring your gp and ask for aome advice on what to do now. He may want you to attend local epu. If there has been no more blood it may not be a mc.

Hope you are ok xx

Yes you need to be checked out. They will be able to tell if your cervix is open and/or scan to check for a heartbeat. If it looks like a mc is inevitable you'll probably have the option of waiting it out for things to happen naturally or possibly having surgery. Was it normal blood or clots? I have had a mc and a stillbirth, but in each of my successful pregnancies I had bleeding on and off throughout.
All the best, hope its OK.
