I can only feel mine move if I exercise it whilst sitting down. If I'm standing up, nothing happens. I'm assuming it's the downward pressure but would like to know if it's a common thing.

I can still cough and sneeze without concern so I know it's not seriously damaged. Yet.

Hey duchess, where have you been on the may thread??!!

I can still do my pelvic floor, if anything, better than before which makes NO sense anatomically. I think like you say, if it's OK coughing and sneezing, you are fine. It is harder to do in standing cos the weight of the baby (esp at this late stage) will be bearing down on it.

I don't have a pelvic floor anymore, it's more of a basement

Some new research you might be interested in ladies.......it showed women who do pelvic floor exercises in pregnancy have a reduced incidence of urinary problems after delivery, less perineal pain after delivery and fewer tears!! It also showed an unexpected outcome....fewer breech or other malpresentations! So keep at it!!!
