Definitely prioritise diet over supplements. It's only advised to take folic acid and Vit D. you can't 'out supplement' a poor diet.

Pregnacare has a lot of iron in, make sure you've got lots of fibre in diet (especially in pregnancy). I've found the bassetts chewable ones have less iron.

No it's more for when my morning sickness kicks in and I can't eat, my first 2 pregnancies I lost so much weight in the first trimester

Biocare - they're a bit pricey but have folate rather than folic acid in them.

I've been taking Pregnacare Original throughout my pregnancy - but the tablets are massive so some people do find them difficult to swallow and keep down if they're feeling sick. It's not really possible to quantify how much difference they have made vs other things like diet and exercise, but baby is healthy and I've had an uncomplicated pregnancy so I can at least say confidently that they haven't caused me any issues.

I take proceive because they have the methylfolate version of folic acid which I read is absorbed better by the body.

Personally, though I find the whole vitamin supplement industry a money making scheme. The body absorbs most vitamins much better from food than from synthetic options. Vitamin D is best absorbed from the sun..which of course doesn't help when you live in northern Europe. Prioritise diet. I'm just taking the multivitamin to be 'safe' but I don't know if it really makes a difference apart from the folic acid side of things.
