Arguments and pregnancy loss

I know I will sound mad and anxious. I have had three miscarriages in the past and one baby.

I am currently 7 weeks pregnant. Had a scan at 6 weeks which was ok. Haven’t had a lot of symptoms.

I have really difficult in-laws and today had a huge argument with my husband about the way they speak to me.

I feel really ashamed that I might have harmed the baby. I am so worried that the baby won’t be able to survive me getting so distressed.

has anyone else argued in early pregnancy and it has been okay?

Your arguments will have no effect on the baby at all.

Stay away from your in-laws, and don't discuss them with your husband

Decide if you want to stay with your DH if he can't support your how you need to be supported

The vast majority of miscarriages are caused by chromosome issues. Sorry for your losses, but thinking an argument can cause a miscarriage is a little ridiculous. If anything could cause miscarriage, it would be well known

You can’t argue your way to a MC. As PP say, they aren’t your fault at all.
That said, being around rude, argumentative people is not what you need right now (or ever tbh)
