Having a day of being fed up (abit of a rant)

Currently 38+4 weeks pregnant and have felt so uncomfortable, sweaty and irritable today, I've been trying to enjoy this pregnancy as it's my last but I think I'm definitely getting to that 'fed up' stage. I know every baby is different but all my others came nearly two weeks after due date so I'm not holding out much hope that this baby will be coming soon. I've had the odd period type pain/back pain every now and again but think that's just cos I'm getting so huge rather then a sign of anything happening, I'm so exhausted getting everything ready for baby and kids going back to school plus trying to keep kids entertained while DH is at work that I just feel burnt out 😞 sorry just a bit of a rant as DH tries to sympathise but obviously doesn't understand just how much of a rollercoaster pregnancy can be.

38 weeks tomorrow and feel the same!! I've been so grumpy this pregnancy and I am excited to never be pregnant again.

Have a 3 year old already and starting to feel emotional about how much her life is going to change while also being excited to meet new baby.

This pregnancy has not been enjoyable with HG at the start now gestational diabetes and a few episodes of reduced movements and I'm a bit sad/feel guilty that I haven't enjoyed it because this is defo my last.

Hopefully not long to go for both of us 💕💕

@pinkandredflowers sorry to hear you've had a rough ride with this pregnancy, it's definitely not the 'blooming and radiant' experience it's made out to be eh? I get where your coming from about worrying for your 3 year old going through the change of having a new sibling but we found it definitely helped to have a little gift for the big brother or sister from the baby, and to have them a bit involved in caring for the baby, it seems to help them feel less left out and abit more grown up. Here's to a speedy last few days/ weeks for both of us.
