BBT question - pregnancy after loss is so anxiety inducing

I'm currently 4w4d with my first pregnancy after we lost our last pregnancy at 11w. I should be clear I do not check BBT properly at all - I just use an infrared thermometer on my forehead and check it at random times so I know I shouldn't be worrying about my readings, but anyway it's consistently been around the 36.6-37.0 mark always since ovulation but today my temp is 35.9.
My urine HCG is getting darker and darker but I've felt super energetic the past few days (not like first trimester me last time at all) and now my body temp has dropped.

I know really I just need talked away from the constant worrying and testing, but it's so hard and I just can't help feeling like this is my body telling me something is going wrong again.
Don't really know what I'm posting here for but just feeling so lost right now :(

I know it’s nice to be able to cling on to things as reassurance but I say this with kindness - put down the thermometer. I stopped tracking my BBT as I had ivf but I used to sleep in my Apple Watch and in early pregnancy my temperature was all over the place. I’m nearly 18 weeks now and baby is all ok so far. As difficult as it is step away from the tests and things and just lean in to being pregnant - taking tests won’t change the outcome. Today you are pregnant. Take each day as it comes. You don’t want to look back on your pregnancy and only remember the fear. (I’ve only really just started relaxing a bit so I know it’s really hard). You’ve got this. Deep breaths. Sending hugs x

Thank you so much. I knew this is what I needed to do but just needed to hear it from a kind stranger!

Please don’t worry about this. If you don’t track properly it’s extremely anxiety inducing. Skin reading is never accurate, it also should be done first thing you wake up and still in bed with either an oral or vaginal thermometer. I’ve been tracking my BBT for years and every time I sleep a bit longer or shorter than normal the reading is off. In pregnancy I just stop charting because getting up at night to pee also affects the reading.

As others said, really best if you stop any sort of testing, unfortunately you can only wait and see. But there’s no increased risk of having another MC because you had 1 before. I also had a MC at 11 weeks, and I’m now 34 weeks! Getting through first trimester is inevitably tough. Take it day by day, try and keep occupied, focus on what you can control like doing exercise and eating food you enjoy, if you feel like it.
