? Dye stealer

Hi, I am 20 DPO, is this classed as a dye stealer or not? What are peoples experiences with easy@home tests for dye stealers?

They said I could be a bit earlier than my period dates and more like 5 weeks and that's why there may not be a yolk yet, they were unsure if they could see the start of one but couldn't commit to that because it wasn't there. Since the I've had the fresh bleeding and I feel I know the outcome now. I'm just waiting to have my hcg repeated. It was strange as it was after a bowel movement but probably because of tensing it's pushed more blood out. It's back to the mucky discharge colour now.

It sounds like there's still hope, but I totally understand that it must feel very bleak to you, because of your previous losses. I think previous miscarriages take away our optimism and make it very difficult for us to believe that maybe there's a chance.

My heart aches for you, @DC2023. I can only offer the positive that maybe they'll do some investigations now, try to understand what's happening. Maybe give you progesterone next time you conceive to see if that helps.

Did you have an abdominal or transvaginal scan?

I had both type of scans.

I wonder if the spotting today could be from the TV probe? I agree that you are not as far ahead as the clinic think you are (5+5 today) so I do think there is some hope.

My hcg levels are:
12/08 : 13255
14/08 : 22075
so borderline 66% increase 😣

I had no bleeding Wednesday or Thursday until yesterday about 6pm and had this.

goodness knows anymore 😩 I've got a scan Monday. Xx

Gosh it's so uncertain - you must be in agony. It's good news that your HCG levels are increasing but I realise you would have liked to see them double. I also think it's really positive that you didn't have any bleeding for a couple of days - and honestly, what you're actually seeing on the tissue, I wouldn't even class as bleeding! Not compared to what I had during my two eventual successful pregnancies, anyway.

I'm crossing everything for you that the scan on Monday gives you good news. I'm sure this weekend will feel like a hundred years long . . .

This is exactly what I had with my firstborn.

On and off bloody mucas, some red spotting, cramps. Scan when I thought I was 6 weeks but no sac/baby

Went back 2 weeks later and there he was.

He's 20 now x

Hi all, just an update I am nearly 11 weeks, I have waited to post as I didn't want to tempt fate but I am now feeling more optimistic. Thank you for all of your support and getting me through those early weeks. Xx
