Im literally so sick. I can barely drink water or eat. I cant sleep. Im not vomiting but i feel like i want to a lot. I just want to lay down and sleep without feeling this way. Im only 6 weeks but im honestly feeling so bad that i don't even want the baby. Im only 18.

Ginger is good for nausea.
Have you got a good support circle?

I had this 24/7 until about 20 weeks. It will end! Hang in there.

Gosh I was the same way 🥺 I discovered that my Pregnacare supplements weren’t agreeing with me (and apparently other people) at all. Stopped taking them and switched over to high dose vitamin d and folic at the request of my midwife due to my BMI and the nausea decreased significantly, but was still there.

Done some research, started including vitamin B6 daily and it’s since been so much more bearable! I still can’t eat a normal sized meal in one go or eat certain things but compared to how I felt weeks ago, sooo much better.

Maybe something to look into? Hang in there 🥺

Agree with B6, but also B12 can help too.

If it's that bad it's worth seeing your GP about anti sickness meds

Sometimes nausea can be worse when hungry, so it's worth searching for any food that works for you and keep nibbling what you can even if just jacob crackers to begin with. Same with drinks, if it's hard to drink water try sipping black decaf tea, a fruit juice, caffeine free Coke, whatever you can manage is better than nothing. Rest plenty and try to minimise stress. If you still really can't eat/drink I would recommend checking in with your dr (or midwife once you have one). Best wishes.
