Hey, I’m 34 weeks pregnant exactly today. I have been feeling poorly on and off since 27th. I have been admitted for 3 nights, in maternity triage for 2 separate days , all day. Bloods , monitoring etc and nothing can be found. I am amemic , on iron twice a day. But not anemic enough to require infusion. I believe my Hemaglobin levels are 98.

these are my symptoms today-

Vomiting a lot (just bile)
Weight loss
Nausea (slight)
Itchy hands and feet (sometimes whole body)
Floaters (strange vision)
Loss of hand eye coordination (feeling like my hands aren’t mine)
Numb hands (one hand at a time)and lips
Headpain (sometimes)
Heart palpitations
Anemia but not enough to require infusion (levels 98 I think) taking iron twice a day.
Low blood pressure
Pulse up and down
Jaundice (very pale)
No appetite

ive been told migrain, symptoms of anemia etc I just feel like something isn’t right.

Jumping in again here since, in addition to the delights of cholestasis, I am likely to get a haemochromatosis diagnosis soon since I'm close to menopause. Parents are carriers and siblings have been diagnosed. Anyway, it mostly just means I have high iron levels and that hasn't generally been a problem. But in my second pregnancy my iron levels dropped a lot - this more or less made me anemic; I was very lethargic and felt sick all the time (not morning sickness sick, though), but because the readings were borderline normal, I had to argue that they were abnormally low for me. Eventually I got put on iron supplements (big style, not the ones you get in the supermarket) and everything was fine again where that was concerned.

OP, I dont know if you ever got any answers. But I've had all of the same symptoms in my second pregnancy and I was diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines! It sounds very similar to this

That sounds absolutely awful. It sounds a bit like something my mom had—she had hellp syndrome, which is a variant of preeclampsia but can be harder to diagnose because it doesn’t have the high blood pressure normally associated with preeclampsia.
